Personal and Commercial Use FAQ

By purchasing and downloading digital files from Nikiel Designs you are in agreement with the following policies.

This license agreement (“License”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee” or “you”) and Laura Nikiel - Nikiel Designs (“Licensor”, “I” or “my”) for downloading, installing or using the graphics and patterns (“Graphic Resources”).

I do not sell the Graphic Resources to you and ownership remains at all times with me, Laura Nikiel. Your use of the Graphic Resources is at all times subject to the terms of this License.

All digital download "Graphic Resources and Printables" by Laura Nikiel are protected by The United States and International copyright laws and treaties. Laura Nikiel owns all rights, including the copyrights to “Graphic Resources and Printables”. Your rights to use the art “Graphic Resources and Printables” are subject to the terms stated below, and are conditional upon you making payment to Laura Nikiel for the usage rights of the “Graphic Resources and Printables”.. Laura Nikiel reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and License.

To keep it simple, I offer 2 licenses:

1. PERSONAL USE AND SMALL BUSINESS COMMERCIAL USE LICENCE

All “Graphic Resources” come with a personal and small business commercial use license. All “Printables” are for personal use only.

Small business commercial use is included with to 500 units sold
Graphics Resources must be altered and incorporated into your own design
Can not be used or sold as is
Graphic Resources can not be resold as clip art or as digital illustrations/pattern without permission and license
Coloring pages, printable cards, printable stickers and printable art prints are for personal use only, print as many as you like for personal use or gift giving.
Graphics Resources must be altered and incorporated into your own design
Can not be used or sold as is

Personal Use
Have fun creating and decorating with my digital art prints, graphics and patterns for Personal Use on any type of print you wish without credit or extended license, including digital scrap-booking, your own home décor, stationery, or personal blog. You can use them on your personal cards, invitations, and printed gifts. All graphics and patterns may be used in an unlimited number of Personal Use projects. Personal use is defined whereas no money is made, and products are not sold for a fee or charge.

2. EXTENDED USE LICENSE FOR ONE PRODUCT

This extended license allows commercial use for ONE SHOP ITEM up to 1000 units sold.
This license is good for ONE single clip art set or ONE single paper pack.

This license includes “No Credit Required”
This license is not transferable and not refundable

When making the purchase for this license please indicate which clip art or paper pack set this license will be used for. You can list the product or product number found in the title. You will receive a PDF file when purchasing the extended use license, please keep your receipt and document for proof of purchase and rights to use.

Allowed
Printing on merchandise for sale - including items as canvases, stationery, handmade or printed cards, business cards, clothing, promotional material, home décor etc.

Advertising, logo and web design - including website or blog templates, banners, etc. (unlimited impressions, views and/or visits)

Your own design work for sell as long as the purchased design is altered and incorporated into your own creation

Not Allowed
Even with extended licensing you may not give away the original files as freebies, giveaways or free downloads

The original files may not be resold, sub licensed, transferred or otherwise made available for use.

You may not claim the work of Nikiel Design Studio as your own.

Purchase, Download and Print
You will receive immediate access to your files once your payment has processed. After it's purchased, the file is available for download in the Order Confirmation page, you will automatically receive the standard order confirmation email, followed by an email containing a link to the file. The link is available for download within 24 hours. If the you need the file after the link expires, please email me and I will resend the file.

I would not advise downloading my digital files to your smart phone due to size.

Open the .ZIP File
Windows: Right click on .zip file that you want to unzip and click on "Extract All" in context menu. In "Extract Compressed (Zipped) Folders" dialog, enter or browse folder path where you want files to be extracted.

Mac: Double-click it. The Archive utility automatically opens the file or folder, decompressing it and putting it in the same folder as the compressed file. So, for example, if the zip file is on your desktop, the unzipped folder will be put on your desktop too.

iPad: Open the Files app, then find the ZIP file or archive you want to unzip. Tap the ZIP file or archive. A folder is created containing the files. To change its name, touch and hold on the folder, then tap Rename.

I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of my product listings. I can not guarantee that your screen display of any color will be accurate.
