Refunds & Returns
I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. If your cards or poster has been damaged in transit, please contact me and I will reship your order.

Payments & Taxes
I accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
State sales tax is collected for any order sold in Louisiana.

Privacy
When you purchase something from my shop, as part of the buying and selling process, I collect the personal information you give me such as your name, address and email address. With your permission, I may send you emails about my store, new products and other updates.

Consent
When you provide me with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, or return a purchase, I imply that you consent to me collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

Squarespace
My store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide me with the online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell my products to you. Your data is stored through Squarespace data storage, databases and the general Sqaurespace application. When using a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, it is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as it is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

Terms
My coloring pages, art prints and coloring books are for personal enjoyment and not for resale or using for anything else other than coloring. I've dedicated many hours to creating artwork for you to enjoy, and I would appreciate the personal use license being respected.

I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of my product listings. I can not guarantee that your screen display of any color will be accurate.
